Auto-sync of playlist to "My Music"

Is there a way to auto-sync playlists to "My Music"?

There are multiple playlists that I love, but the playlist authors (including Spotify), frequently update the playlist, adding and removing songs. Unless you're there to drag and drop the songs into "My Music" for every update, songs removed from the playlist are lost. An auto-sync function (or workaround) would be great, so I wouldn't have to go in to the playlists to add songs every time the playlist is updated. Is this possible?
