Autoplay not working (all platforms no just Linux)

My Question or Issue

I have autoplay enabled on both my phone and PC, however, for the last 2 days, I get to the end of a playlist and the music just stops, Radio does not start.

I like the Radio, as firstly it means I don't need to find a new playlist (and stop my work flow) and 2 it introduces me to new artists.

Why isn't this working anymore?

To repeat, it is enabled on both devices and both don't play radio after the end of a playlist.
