Banned song/artist played again despite of it's been banned already!

I'm banned this song and its artis 3 days ago.

but it's just played again in my daily mix!

ok spotify worked fine so far and I am happy with paying for it.

but if it keep going to play banned song , I'll consider going on with another music player.

please investigate logs and find a solution.
