Can't Find Discover Weekly

I occasionally have a _very hard time_ finding my Discover Weekly playlist. Today, for instance, it's up-to-date and available on my Android mobile app under the 'Jump Back In' section of my 'Home' page, but on my Desktop client, it's nowhere to be found. I go to Browse > Discover > as the help site suggests, but it's nowhere in the list of 'Top Recommendations.'

Also, I can't simply search for it, as you might expect to be able to do. Searching for 'Discover Weekly' returns some other random dudes' playlists.  Please fix this. Is this all a grand conspiracy to make Mondays even worse ? 😞
