Can't access my Settings page on Spotify Linux Desktop

I am running Ubuntu 18.04 and I have installed the Spotify Client. I can't access the Settings page on the Desktop though. I click on the Username -> Setting button but nothing happens at all. I can't manage the settings of my desktop client anymore. I have been able to do that in the past (many months ago) but not anymore. My client is also up to date with the spotify official releases. Any one has any suggestions about this?

It seems to be a problem from years ago. The same thing happens in Debian 10, latest version of the package installed with dpkg. The "solution" is to select an item of the menu using the keyboard.
