Can't post to tumblr

I'm trying to post music to my blog and I have never had this problem before. I tried to share music today and it said that there was an error. I've been reading around, it said for you to reset your permission and change my username. But I don't know where to do that on my phone. I don't use Spotify from my desktop I'm only on mobile. I have a Samsung S6 Edge. If anyone can tell me where to reset my Tumblr username for Spotify it would be much appreciated. Thank you.

For you check and update your sharing accounts, you need to use the Desktop app.

I don't think you have those settings available in the Android app.
