Cannot read local file: Song not available, if you have the file you can import it

My Question or Issue

 Since the last Spotify update i can't play my local files. They're not greyed, but when i want listen them it say "This song is unavailable. If you have the file on your computer, you can import it".

I've tried to disable all my local sources / close spotify / deleted the whole cache files and restart spotify, it don't work. I've moved my local files in another place, same 😕

If anybody have experienced this issue and solved it, you're welcome. Thank you !
