Dimmu Borgir In Sorte Diaboli Missing

Roughly 1.5 months ago I noticed that In Sorte Diaboli by Dimmu Borgir is no longer available to me (located in The Netherlands), could anyone tell me why it's no longer available and when/if it will ever be back.

Not seeing it here in the US. And THAT was the the CD that got me hooked on them. C'mon Spotify, tell us why. If it's licensing, I get it. But if it's other reasons, let us know.
I can still see it by this link by Google search but, not seeing it by search inside Spotify.
