Disabling animated ads on browse page (unlimited user)

Today an incredibly annoying animated ad for Florence the Machine went up on the UK Browse page. Previously the recommended artists have been static, which is perfectly fine, but I won't tolerate stuff bouncing around in my peripheral vision while I'm trying to do something else. Closing the ad only works until I go back to the Browse page. Given that I already pay for this service, there should be a way to disable this behaviour - what is it? (Googling turned up the option to hide music announcements on the Discover page, but that's obviously not applicable here.) I'm running version 0.9.11.27 on Fedora 20 if it's relevant.
