Fedora 29

Hi there. I'm at a family plan using Fedora 29.

I've installed the default dnf package for Spotify, just downloaded.

Turns out I am having the proxy error,  (code 18) but I can't setup proxy for "No" option. When the select box is clicked, all options are white and it quickly turns back to the default one, which is "Auto detect".
 

Country is correctly set at Settings. I use the Fedora client at office computer too, it just works. Don't know where the issue could be.
