Forced disconnection from the internet provider

Hi all,

Recently, I have the Problem that after the forced disconnection from the internet provider, the computer is no longer displayed in the devives. 

I use opensuse 4.4.144.42.

Is there any ideas, i use the Computer for Multiroom-sound, so the daily restart on the Computer (Server) sucks.
