Forgotten email

I set up a premium spotify account for a business in October.  We recently got logged out of it and now can't remember which email address was used to set it up.  I have tried both of me email addresses but they are both personal spotify accounts, not the business one.  I have tried the work email address but that doesn't have an active spotify account.  I don't have any other email addresses so I am confused.  It may have been set up using a colleague's email address but I can't remember.  We are still being charged for premium, is there any way of finding out which email address was used to set up the account?

The best you have to do is to contact support so they can help you.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
