Hotkey issues: Ctrl+S appears to do two key strokes

When pressing Ctrl+S or Ctrl+R, to toggle on/off Shuffle and Repeat, the key behavior is not as expected, i guess.

If you:
- press Ctrl
- then press S
- - (then Shuffle mode turns on)
- then release S
-- (Shuffle mode turns off)
It's necessary to release Ctrl before S to keep the desired Shuffle mode state.

A similar situation happens with Repeat mode, with the difference that it has 3 states, instead of 2.

Exactly the same behavior here.

Other hotkeys don't seem to be affected. Navigating with arrow keys, or using ctrl+left/right to skip songs works as expected and does not skip two songs.
