How do I use "EDIT INFO" and "LINK TRACK" properly for local files?

Hello, and thanks for dropping by. I'm trying to sort out my local MP3 files. I want to tag all featured artists on a track and link all tags to each respective artist page. I added two pictures to illustrate my problem.



Piture 1: The song Good Ass Intro with Chance The Rapper has a whole bunch of cooperating artists. Which field should be used for what?

Picture 2: This is the result I want for my local files. Each artist name is linked to the artist page. The track names are not as messy due to long "ft. artist 1, artist 2, artist 3" next to the track name.

For tagging mp3s, you're better off using software designed for this purpose to be honest. I use mp3tag but there are other free apps out there.

I used mp3tag to tag my mp3 collection, which gave me overall "good" results. Anything else that didn't get linked automatically I went into the Spotify catalogue to find the tracks (and see what their metadata was) then changed my local files manually as you mentioned above to match.
