I no longer have my premium and it seems the whole program changes... it now is lower graphics resolution (i expected a drop in audio quality but grahics intraface?) and the ad bar streaming across the bottom causes it to take about 3 seconds to register clicks and scroll with the scroll bar or using the up and down arrows... seems like a really big resource hog... you should try and reduce this... maybe remove the ad banner so it doesnt cause such lag... i mean u already have the commercials... why is the ad bar there... not like anyone clicks on either one... but you need profits i get that so when i renew my subscription does it go back to being a smooth program with no ad bar and latency?  i mean i used to be able to play my video games and listen but now i cant due to the latency your ads cause... pretty lame if you ask me or any other listener

the same thing happens to me, and I don't hear or see it, so it just loads and almost freezes my laptop.
