Latest spotify-client for Linux with tray icon support?

Hello all,

I followed these instructions: https://www.spotify.com/es/download/linux/

Installed spotify-client 1:1.0.49.125.g72ee7853-111 on Ubuntu MATE 17.10.

I have the main window but if I click the close window button, it closes. If I hit minimize, it only minimizes the window but doesn't close to tray. 

Is there no tray icon anymore with the latest version?

1. Unlock from Launcher
2. $ mv $HOME/.local/share/applications/spotify.desktop /tmp
3. $ spotify &
4. Lock to Launcher

 Works for me (ubuntu 16.04)

And that gives you a try icon (not a launcher icon)?
