My Question or Issue
Adding local file sources causes spotify to crash. It looks like spotify is trying to open its own file browser but fails to do so.
This issue is known since October 2020. Still nothing done about it. This is a basic functionality which is basically missing. Several users using different Linux Distributions already complaint about it :

Yet nothing has happened since. This is 100% a spotify problem. Please solve this.
