[Linux] Offline detection is broken

Hello, I became quite a fan of spotify in the last months. One Problem I observed:

When switching the networks, spotify doesn't automatically detect that I'm connected to the Internet again.

I personally switch often wireless networks and sometimes connected via ethernet cable

The solution is to restart the application and then everything is working fine again.

I observe the same behaviour. This is serious problem for all who need frequently reconnect networks:
