Linux/Windows 7 desktop client offline/will not log in

I have the Spotify Desktop Client on two Linux machines and a Windows 7 computer. In all three instances, the desktop player is not working properly. And by properly, I mean at all.

Yesterday (feb 17), they all started with the offline error 2 code (can't find an internet connection, will try again...). But my internet was working. Now, after clearing the cache and reinstalling on one Linux machine, it won't even log in. I get error code 4 (service temporarily unavailable, try again later). The others are still in offline mode and will not connect.

I have a tablet that works just fine, and my husband's computer is doing the same thing (also Linux).

Hey @MichiJedi, welcome to the Spotify Community!

To start, can you let us know operating system and version of Spotify you're using on your devices?

Also, we'd lke to know if all the devices are under the same internet connection. If so, does restarting the router help?

Keep us posted.
