Lubuntu 16.04

Hi

I am using lubuntu 16.04 and have a problem with Spotify regularly not starting up. I have installed using the linux instructions on the spotify.com site and there are no installation errors. Quite often when I start Spotify, all I get is an empty screen. If I reboot, then it may start, or it may not. I have uninstalled and re-installed with no improvement. For information it runs sweetly on lubuntu 15.04 which I have just upgraded from. Any ideas, anyone ?
