Solved!

My Spotify is reall broken. Only 'Browse' loads. Not even settings.

Upon opening Spotify on my Ubuntu system, I see the Browse tab, but then if I click on Settings, My Songs, anything, it just shows me this:

Something broke.

Failed to load https://error
That is all. Nothing else I can do. It just can't connect to Spotify, weirdly enough. It's odd because I can log in just fine.

I fixed the problem! Here's what I did: I removed the snap version, it's apparently broken. I added the spotify repo to my apt-get and simply did apt-get install spotify-client . That version of spotify not only boots a lot faster, but also actually works.
