* do the same set of songs always not play, or do they work sometimes and not others?
* do any songs play?
* are the entries grayed out?  Depending on your settings, Spotify can be set to show (but not play) songs they're aware of but do not have the rights to.  This allows you to use those songs' metadata e.g. to seed playlist-based radio stations
