No Menu within Sound Tray Icon (testing version)

Hey there,

I haven't ound this exact problem while searching the forum. I'm using ubuntu 15.10 and the testing version of ubuntu (since the stable doesn't seem to work for known issues). I am missing the ubuntu menu whithin the sound tray icon. Is this because I'm using the testing version or should it be available anyway? If it should be available, how can I get it. By the way, while reading through this forum, I realised that I am missing the normal tray icon, too. Are this all issues of the testing version?

One more unrelated question :): Where can I look up the latest stable version of ubuntu so I can switch the repositories  once a stable version working with ubuntu 15.10 is released.
