No Sound, KDE Neon Ubuntu 16.04 LTS

There is no sound from Spotify. Spotify volume is set to 100%, media player in Ubuntu says it is playing music. Desktop environment says that there is sound coming from Spotify. I have set the correct output device. There is sound from other sources like Youtube etc., but Spotify gives no sound.

I have tried to wipe the cache with

sudo rm -rf ~/.cache/spotify/

but no luck. 

I installed Spotify according to this guide: https://www.spotify.com/no/download/linux/
