Playback pauses for a few seconds after 3 seconds of playback.

1. I've had the issue this fall that sometimes when selecting a song manually, playback will halt.  After that no songs can be played.  Closing spotify and restarting it will make it work again, even the failing song.

2. Recently, when selecting a song manually, quite often it will play back for 2-3 seconds, then pause for a few seconds and then resume again.

Both these seem to happen when I select songs I have played a long time ago, or not at all.  Maybe this is a server side caching issue?   I've tried to search for people having similar problems but to no avail.
