Pops & Crackling

Hi guys,

I get sporadic pops (like vinyl crackling) in the spotify desktop player and also in the webplayer via google chrome. Anyone else experiencing this and is there a solution?

System: KXStudio 14.04

Problem arises with ASLA and Pulseaudio as well.

I am on Ubuntu 21.10, and since latest update, my Spotify Premium does this as well.

The problem is both in the snap store spotify and in the browser version.

When I listen to YouTube, this problem is NOT there. It is ONLY spotify.

It is like a vinyl crackling sound, exactly like you describe.

Makes it impossible to listen Spotify on this computer. Very annoying.
