Premium only working on one device

I had a galaxy s4 and an iPad when I bought spotify premium and it worked fine on both until I got a new phone. I now have the note 5 and spotify premium is only working on my ipad. It's the correct account because my Playlist is there, but no matter what I do, premium won't work on my phone. I even tried clicking upgrade to premium on my phone but it asker for my card number again and I don't want to be double charged. How can I fix this?
