Restore window size issues (on maximized windows)

Every time I launch the Spotify app the play buttun is not visible.

Apparently Linux Spotify app don't save and restore maximized state (it only saves position and size in ~/.config/spotify/prefs).

The problem is that some window managers / desktops have diferent window borders or window title size depending on the maximized state.

So when restoring the size without restoring the maximized state, the window goes out of the screen.

Tested in Spotify version: 1.0.67.582.g19436fa3
