Sound not working after HDMI disconnect

Hello!

I'm using laptop Lenovo G50-70 with Ubuntu 18.04 LTS and I have premium account. I'm using latest Spotify from Ubuntu Software (Snap).

When I disconnect HDMI monitor with speakers, Spotify sounds stop working.

Steps to reproduce this problem:

1. Connect to monitor with speakers using HDMI
2. Set this device as output audio device in Ubuntu sound settings
3. Play music from Spotify
4. Unplug HDMI

At this point, you can set laptop speakers as output audio device. Other sounds start playing through them, but not Spotify. I even restarted whole laptop, but Spotify wouldn't play any sounds.

I need to connect HDMI again and set laptop speakers as output audio device in ubuntu settings, then disconnect HDMI in order to solve this issue. And it's highly inpractical.
