Spotify Crashed(?) and Keeps Playing...?

My Question or Issue

 I think my Spotify crashed and kept playing, but when I opened it, it showed me playing the music on another device, but it was the device I was on... 

So "This Computer" and "bluefire" are both the same device in the attached screenshot.

Best guess is just the app being glitchy. If the issue persists though I'd recommend deleting the app and redownloading, should hopefully fix it.
