Spotify sound not working when using HDMI

I'm using spotify premium on my laptop (Windows 10). It was fine before but now spotify sound isn't working through HDMI (connected to TCL television). Everything else is working normally, it's only not working when I try to listen to spotify via HDMI. I don't know if it has something to do with the fact that on the weekend I used my computer + different tv than usually because the problem started right after that.

Can somebody help me, please?

Try reinstalling the app. I reinstalled it from microsoft store and it worked. Just restarting it didn’t work for me. Also no success when changing the sounds settings

I perhaps missed something. But how does it relate to linux?
