Spotify takes 20 seconds to load on Ubuntu, use LZO compression to fix it

My Question or Issue

Spotify takes 20 seconds to fully load on a "cold start" when installed as a Snap. There's an easy fix for this, the snap should be built with the following line in the snapcraft.yaml:

compression: lzo
