Unable to login to Premium Account with Facebook anymore

When trying to login via Facebook in a browser (Chrome and Firefox) I get a redirect loop problem. When I try to login via an app on my mobile phone it does not recognize my username. I have had a premium account for a number of years, and this is the first time I am just unable to get anywhere with my account. Really frustrating...

same thing happening here.. i contacted https://twitter.com/SpotifyCares and got a reply, but still not fixed..
