It's funny how they say ^ this on the disclaimer, although this is the only support forum that Spotify homepage offers.
I'm drawing the conclusion that Spotify doesn't actually have a customer support at all.
I'm also guessing that the mods on this site don't even get paid. sad
In the desktop version by your name there's a little drop-down menu; the top selection is 'Send feedback'. You can rate it and send an optional message, which I've been doing with every separate issue I've found. I'd recommend others do the same. They *say* they read all messages received. Whether they do or not I've no idea, but as you say they don't seem to spend much time here.

The funny part is that whenever I try to contact them, I get an automated reply email telling me to check the help section or the community again!
