[flatpak] can't update or install on Fedora 34

Hi there,

I've tried to update to the newest version via flatpak, but I always get the error message that the script "apply_extra" failed and that the exit status is 256.

The same thing happens when I try to install Spotify on a fresh install of Fedora 34.

If you need something (logs, console output, etc.) please just tell me and I'm more  than happy to share them.
