how unlink old devices from spotify

I can't download music offline because he writes that I have exhausted the limit of devices. How can I remove them from the list ? Music has already been downloaded to them. I reinstalled Linux 3 times and after that it gave this error.

Hey @invays 

You'll need to get in touch with the Customer Support, they'll be able to remove old devices from your account. See this page  on how to get in touch with Support.
Old devices will also be removed after 30 days have passed.
