is there going to be an appimage version of spotify? i really dont want to go through the hassle of installing snap to the system.

I don't know whether there is a mechanism for this already, since I'm new to this forum, but I will not install a Snap. I would strongly prefer an AppImage package and would be satisfied with Flatpak.

Of course, this is just, like, my preference, man. Please feed it into your Feature Prioritizing Machine. I appreciate it.

not sure about flatpak, but snaps are self contained images so they contain duplicates of all libraries and stuff.    Pure bloat.
