spotify UI completely unusabel on 30 bit display

I am using spotify on Manjaro Testing (and Arch based distro). spotify version is spotify 1:1.1.10.546-1

Just recently I switch my nvidia graphics to 30 bit deep color (10 bit per color channel). The spotify client can not handle that. The user interface has complety messed up colors. See the attched screenshot. For privacy reasons I have blurred my playlists and the people I am following. But the color issue is clearly obvious.

Can you fix that please?
