AMD Ryzen 2700X Desktop. (I put the specific processor since hardware accelerations are used). I have a dual monitor setup. This part is important given the issue

My Question or Issue
When I hit the menu for adjsuting volume level, I noticed that it appears on the other monitor. I'm guessing that this wasn't know about since it appears to just display the menu on the default monitor. By default monitor, I mean the monitor that spotify opens on. I moved spotify to the other monitor. However, moving it back doesn't fix it. It just looks like the menu is at an offset. This looks like a positioning bug.
