starred playlist is gone?

I'm unable to find my starred playlist on my phone and on the desktop app it's empty. I had a huge list of guilty pleasures there. I tried to check the web application but that seems to have gotten replaced with something horrible. Where is it? How do I get those songs back? It had at least 100 songs.

Ohhhhhhh nevermind, I appear to have a playlist called starred. Didn't see that before. Strange. Appears to have all the music though.
