2 devices won't sync

Hi.

I use one Premium account on my iPhone and on my MacBook.

Only a few days ago it was like I listened to some music on one of these devices - and the other one showed exactly the same thing.

That means, that I could listen on my MacBook, put the music on Pause there, grabbed my phone, went into the car and could continue listening.

But this won't work any more. The devices don't sync any longer. It's like they use two different accounts and I am not able to handover from my phone to the notebook and the other way round.

What can I do?
