20,000 songs in local files. Most won't play

I have just over 20,000 songs in my local files and most of them won't play on my desktop.  I can't find any way to clear or delete the local files.  I have already searched other related threads and tried all the fixes I can find.  I have reinstalled Spotify multiple times.  I can't seem to find any of these cache or app support folders people are saying to delete.  I have no more ideas.

Did you follow all of these steps re unistalling? Usually helps me

  1. Click Spotify in the menu bar then Quit Spotify.
  2. Open Finder then click Go > Library in the menu bar. (You may need to hold the Alt key if Library isn’t visible).
  3. Open Caches and delete the com.spotify.Client folder.
  4. Click the back arrow.
  5. Open Application Support and delete the Spotify folder.
  6. Download and install Spotify.

I've located the Caches folder and Application Support folder, but the com.spotify.Client and Spotify folders don't exist there.  I've even rechecked those locations multiple times to be absolutely certain I didn't overlook them.  I've tried looking around and doing searches for them elsewhere, but I haven't had any luck.  I believe this is my real problem.  Those folders, or their equivalants, must be hidden somewhere.
