My Question or Issue

I recently switched over from my MacBook Pro to my MacBook Air and wanted to use Spotify there, logging in, as per usual, through facebook.

However, that does not seem to go through properly, as I get the well-known error:

"A firewall may be blocking Spotify. (...) Error code: auth:3)

On top of that, I have noticed that my Spotify account on my cell phone is also not linked to my facebook account anymore.

I have tried doing a thorough re-installation of the app on my MacBook, however, that doesn't seem to be solving the problem.

 

I am looking forward to being helped with a solution soon, as I am paying for a Premium account without being able to use it. Thank you!
