A specific ad keeps freezing

I'm listening on my Macbook Pro, macOS Catalina 10.15.2 with a recently updated Spotify app. My issue was occurring before and is continuing to occur after updating.

My account is Free, in the USA.

My Question or Issue

A specific ad freezes every time it comes up. The only way to get past the frozen ad is to shutdown Spotify and reopen it. Occasionally it is the first ad in an ad break, however it is usually the final ad that is queued to play before my music starts up again. ONLY this specific ad is doing this- all other ads play smoothly.
The ad is for Life Care Centers of America, "Now hiring RNs LPNs CNAs". I've attached a screenshot so you can see which one.
If I click on the ad it takes me to their website. If I pause and play the ad, nothing happens.
