Adding songs to playlists from search results

Spotify Premium using the desktop app

Adding songs to one of my playlists from the search results will always tell me there is a song already added on this playlist, but is not true, still if I add it anyway it just get added.. but being the song from the previous search.

Thanks for reaching out. Could you please provide us the following:

• Is this on all devices or only on Mac? If you haven't tested on other devices, please do so.
• When did this start happening?
• Does it happen only from the search results or also when adding songs to playlists from elsewhere?
• Does this happen with all songs and all playlists?
• Screenshots or a video of the behaviour

With this information, we’d be happy to investigate.
