As above... Ive deleted and reinstalled twice. I have deleted my cache. Its driving me crazy. I DO NOT WANT CROSS FADING SONGS. HELP!!!

You can turn off the crossfade feature or adjust it to a shorter length under the Playback section in Settings.

You can find more info regarding the Crossfade option @ElainaD suggests in this support site article. 

If disabling Crossfade doesn't do the trick, it'd be helpful if you could share a couple of examples of playlists this happens to so we can take a look on our end. You can find more info on how to do that in this Spotify Answer.
