All of my playlists were just deleted!

All of my playlists were just suddenly deleted! 

I was listening on the Mac desktop app and Spotify stopped playing.

I noticed that 'Listening on' was showing an unknown iPhone.

When I quit and restarted, all of my playlists were missing and replaced by a playlist called 'Redwan Paly', one I never created of an artist I don't listen to.

I went to my account, reset my password and started to recover my playlists. It showed most of my playlist as having just been deleted but didn't list all of them.

So, at the moment there are five playlists, each with 10,000 songs, that I'm unable to recover. Gone forever?!
