All saved music gone

All saved music gone

I logged on to my Mac today to find all my saved music just completely gone. I've been a premium subscriber for a couple months and never had any issues like this. My last payment went through about 10 days ago, and I've listened every day since then. The songs I put on playlists are still there, but they're not saved under "my music". Has anybody else had a problem like this?

I suggest you contact support so they can help you

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
