Hi,

 

I would like to know why I keep getting this message "An error occurred please try searching again" (on a daily basis) on all of my devices; and still no Notification/apologies from the Spotify team yet... letting me know that this service is not available?

 

If the 'search function' is not fully functional consider hiding it or stop selling it to me. Thanks.

I suggest you contact support so they can help you

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
