My Question or Issue

He creado una nueva cuenta de Spotify, con el usuario @stgomusic.

No he podido cambiar foto de perfil desde Desktop (solo en móvil , no he podido cambiar la imagen de portada de playlist, y la apariencia es distinta v/s mi cuenta personal de Spotify.

Cambia la interfaz al crear un nuevo playlist y cuenta personal.

quedo atenta a sus respuestas.

From your screenshots we can see that your account is currently part of a test Spotify is running.

We're always testing new things in order to gather feedback on different features, you can learn more about that here. 

Right now, it's not possible to opt-out of this but if you're not happy with the new experience we'd recommend adding a +VOTE here to show your support for the idea of a toggle between the versions.
